C# Developer / Senior Security Programmer / Cryptography (C# .Net CSSLP Greenfield Security). Hugely profitable Hedge Fund is seeking a skilled, hands-on senior C# Developer. You will provide technical leadership from a security prospective for a business-critical, Greenfield project. You can come from any technology background (C++, Java, C#, etc.), provided that you are happy to work with C# .Net technologies moving forward.

In this hands-on Senior C# Developer role, you will lead a small, talented team of Security Software Developers to ensure that security best practices are implemented across the business, conducting threat modelling and risk assessments for a broad range applications. Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, you will influence and improve the security technology direction. This “non-corporate” environment based in Central London offers a casual dress code and an informal atmosphere with the latest kit.

Requirements:

  • Strong C# development experience.
  • Knowledge of secure development on the Windows platform.
  • Experience working with crypto libraries (e.g. openSSL, bouncycastle).
  • Appreciation of good software architecture and knowledge of platform internals.
  • Understanding of emerging cyber threats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong record of academic achievement, minimum 2.1 from a top tier university.
  • Desirable: membership and certification from relevant professional bodies e.g. CSSLP (Certified Security Software Lifecycle Professional) from (ISC)2.

As a Senior C# Developer / Security Programmer you will earn a competitive salary (to 90k – depending on skills and experience) as well as an uncapped bonus and extensive benefits package including pension and health care.
