Tower Research Capital India Pvt Ltd, an affiliate of a New York-based global quantitative financial services firm seeks a Trade Execution Analyst to be a part of the team responsible for developing algorithmic trading strategies for electronic markets worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with senior traders to operate & implement our automated trading strategies.
  • Managing risk, reconciling positions, interacting with exchanges, brokers and Tower’s production tech support team.
  • Monitor production trading for risk and compliance issues and quickly respond to unusual behaviors or market conditions.
  • Analyze production trades and come up with ideas to improve our trading strategies.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a trading or trading support role in a capital market environment, knowledge of the financial markets, and critical thinking & communication skills. Additionally, he or she should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, mathematical and quantitative reasoning skills.
  • Experience with Linux (preferred) & basic programming.
