Job Description

  • Maintain, troubleshoot a primarily Windows-based operational environment.
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of Operational scripts (Python).
  • Interface/Liaison between the Business Groups and the Application Development, Engineering teams.
  • Create new and maintain existing documentation of policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for Shift Turnover Reports to include action follow-up items, incidents occurred on shift.
  • Participate in weekend on-call coverage rotation.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of MS SQL.
  • Proficiency with a scripting language (Python).
  • Familiarity with MS OS administration.
  • Ability to interpret XML files.
  • Must have a strong dedication to customer service.
  • Must be able to keep calm and function in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
  • Work and communicate with a wide range of people peers, vendors, and client.
  • Consistently demonstrate professional, positive, and approachable attitude/demeanor and discretion.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity in handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility to all shifts.
  • Will be required to cover earlier and later hours to primary shift.
  • Ability to produce reports, analyze and interpret data.
