Long/short equity hedge fund focused on real estate seeks research analyst to join investment team and directly support PMs.

Responsibilities will include macroeconomic and industry-specific research, monitoring current investments, idea generation, NAV and earnings modeling, etc.

Given the small size of the team, the analyst will also have the opportunity to assist across other facets of the business.

  • Bachelors
  • Self-starter
  • Some relevant finance, investment and/or real estate experience preferred, but most focused on finding extraordinary candidates with a strong desire to learn and build a career.
  • 0 – 2 years experience.
  • Immediate start.
