* Gain exposure to different markets, product types and fund structure types

* Have daily interaction and contact with external fund managers

* Have exposure to and management of key stages of the hedge fund life cycle from pre-launch to fund maturity

* Work with high growth stage of hedge fund outsourcing which provides strong advancement opportunities

You will be working directly with leading firms in the alternative asset industry under the guidance and direction from our experienced team of industry veterans. You will be facilitating our service offering by assisting, performing and reviewing the following:

* Prepare and review Monthly NAV calculations and agree to the fund administration’s books
* Prepare and/or review quarterly and annual reporting packages prior to management approval
* Prepare and review correspondence with client investors to address inquires as needed
* Prepare and review cash and valuation reconciliations
* Middle and back office operation support
* Prepare and review management and incentive fee calculations
* Engage and source third party service provider agreements
* Communicate with clients to establish deadlines for quarterly and annual deliverables in accordance with clients’ LPA requirements
* Prepare and review all team wires/transfers prior to treasury approval and sign off
* Assist in the development and training of new team members as required
* Coordinate and complete projects as directed by the client and management
* Continually updates job knowledge by participating in team trainings; maintains personal networks; participates in business development opportunities

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

* Either audit, fund administration or fund accounting experience at a hedge fund is required. Either one or all are required to apply to the Hedge Fund position
* Analytical, technical, and technology skills with proficiency in accounting
* Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service
* Enjoy being a part of a high-performance team

* Excellent communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Enjoy solving complex problems
* Comfortable with change opportunity and growth
* Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
* CPA license required
* 4- 6 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
* Knowledge of hedge fund accounting software a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Able to assist in the development and training of staff
* Ability to maintain positive working relationships with clients and coworkers
* Able to meet communicated schedules and deadlines
* Adherence to policies, procedures and instructions of executive and management team
