Job Information:
- Integral member of the primary investment team working on transactions in Europe;
- Screen private equity fund investments, perform financial analysis & modeling, meet managers;
- Support in preparing documentation for investment committee;
- Monitor and analyze existing investments;
- Ensure quality of information through regular maintenance of internal databases;
- Support on other investment areas (i.e. secondaries, co-investments).
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in finance or business from a top university and an excellent academic track record;
- Working experience during studies at an investment bank, audit firm, consulting firm or private equity firm is an advantage;
- Strong financial skills and understanding of financial statements;
- Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Self-starter personality with ability to work well in a multi-cultural team;
- Flexibility and capacity to work in an entrepreneurial environment;
- Proficient written and verbal English language skills, Dutch or a Scandinavian language would be an advantage; German is not a must.
