Small growing Newport Beach Private Equity firm is seeking a uniquely talented and skilled individual.

We are seeking an individual who is a thinker, capable of interacting with higher level team members and creating spreadsheets (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint). Input into the design and analysis is part of challenge and benefit of the position.

We create and maintain financial reporting and analysis models that will be a focus of this position.

If you have strong financial skills and weak spreadsheet skills, this position is probably not a fit for you.

If you believe you have exceptional computer spreadsheet skills and very good cognitive and communication skills, but are a bit short on the other position requirements, we encourage you to apply.

In addition to other interfaces, this position reports to the CFO, but includes significant interaction directly with the President.

This is a full time position, but we would be willing to consider a part-time arrangement.

CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Accounting, economics, finance, or business major is a plus.
  • Better than average MS Excel skills required. Superior MS Excel skills is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an analyst required. Experience with RE or PE investments a plus.

WORKING HOURS
Generally M-F 9 AM to 6 PM

COMPENSATION
Commensurate with your experience and skills.
