Responsible for financial modleling, valuations, analysis, credit research, valuations, preparation of investment cases, management of parts of deals as principal, portfolio management. Be at the 3rd year analyst to 2nd year associate in investment banks, consultants with strategy consulting equity firms, or restructurings advisors from the big four accounting firms.
Top private and alternative investments group. Focus on the origination and execution of investments for the fund, and financial modelling, valuation, deal structuring, analysis, credit research and portfolio management. Excellent deal experience.
Investment firm. Journal entries and account analysis, quarterly close, coordination with third party administrator and overseeing third parties. 3+ years of private equity or partnership accounting experience.
Private equity firm. Maintain and update all marketing collateral, handle investor meeting preparation, manage investor databases, handle investor due diligence requests. Bachelor’s degree with preference for finance, business administration, accounting, or marketing. 2 years relevant work experience in marketing at a hedge fund or private equity fund.
Leading global alternative investment firm. Responsible for helping launch and develop a real estate secondary platform under the umbrella of a leading alternative investment firm. MBA from a tier-one academic institution. 10+ years of professional real estate institutional investment experience.
Provide analytical and technical support to the private equity group for investor reporting. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field. 2+ years experience in a financial or accounting role.
