Hudson Advisors, under the direction of Lone Star Funds and acting exclusively on their behalf, provides loan servicing and asset management services to companies and products held by Lone Star, including underwriting, tax compliance, due diligence and valuation, information technology and systems support, and risk management.

The holdings of Lone Star Funds include or have included well-known companies such as the grocery store chain Bi-Lo, Shoney’s Restaurant, Korea Exchange Bank, and the home lending division of CIT Group.
