Provide direct service for the applications’ users by investigating and resolving problems and by providing information about the application. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical or business area. 2+ years of applications production support/ application development work experience.

Work in the North America regulatory reporting team within firm’s corporate and investment bank technology – core processing area. 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in a project management or business analysis role.
